Inbound Marketing is the perfect foundation on which to build your marketing.  Everything, and I mean everything, you do comes from a customer-first perspective.

You need to have a clear understanding of your persona(s) and what their needs, desires, pain points, and questions are.

To get started, ask yourself these questions.

  • How can you answer your customers’ questions and provide the solution they need?
  • Where is your customer online? Which social media channels do they use?
  • What does your customer enjoy to look at or read? What content do they engage with?
  • What are you doing to be top of mind with your customer?
  • How are you different from your competitors? Does this difference align with your customer pain point?
  • How do customers currently find you?
